Pro Se Divorce Mediation

Pro se divorce simply means you represent yourself in the process of completing and filing the documents of your divorce. I will provide you with all of the forms you need to complete your divorce filing and the mediation process. During a pro se divorce, each side agrees to work out the details of a settlement. Typically, there will be three mediation sessions between the parties, and partial payment of the total fee is due after each session.
